Having trouble starting Venice Mystery on your iPad?

Please read the following instructions

1) make sure no apps are running in the background that will consume memory. To check this: Double tap your home button and remove all apps from the task bar. Tap and hold an app icon until it starts shaking, then press the red minus sign.

2) Power OFF / ON your iPad. Press and hold the black Sleep/Wake Up Button (Not the Home Button) for at least 5-10 seconds or more until it completely shuts down. You will see a rotating wheel on the black screen. When the wheel disappeared your iPad has been shut down. Now turn it on again by pressing the same button again for a short time.

3) Make sure you have the latest version of the App installed. Please go the AppStore on your iPad and check the update section if there are any updates available.

4) Make sure you run the latest iOS version on your iPad. Plugin your iPad into your computer and run iTunes. If there is an update a popup will appear and you can download the free update and install it. You should do this from time to time.

5) If the app is still not running - delete the game from your iPad and reinstall it via the App Store. Reinstalling any already purchased App is free of charge.
